Lamborghini has launched its new convertible sports car, the Huracan LP 610-4 Spyder, at a price tag of Rs 3.89 crore (ex-showroom, New Delhi). The Huracan Spyder will be sold along with the Huracan coupe and the Lamborghini Aventador.
The two-door two-seater supercar is powered by a naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10 engine that churns 602bhp of power at 8250rpm and 560Nm of torque. Mated to a seven-speed dual clutch transmission, power is sent to all four wheels. While the Huracan coupe gets to 100kmph from rest in 3.2 seconds, the convertible takes 0.2 seconds more.
The Huracan Spyder LP 610-4 gets a hydraulically operated soft-top that can be lowered in 17 seconds with the car doing a maximum speed of up to 50kmph. To improve aerodynamics with the top down, two fins rise from behind the seats to regulate airflow in the cabin and improve airflow to the engine compartment. The interiors are luxurious and dressed in leather and can be customised to your tastes.
Lamborghini Mumbai also unveiled its new facility at Prabhadevi, which has now moved just a couple of blocks away from its earlier location. The new facility will cater to both sales and service requirements for western India.
