Lamborghini Huracan was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show and left everyone gasping for breath. The makers of this gorgeous sports car have sent one to India and a leading publication has posted spy pictures of the car being unloaded after its arrival at the Mumbai Airport.
Yes, it has arrived in India, and its dark grey, but it’s not here to shine at a wealthy industrialist’s parking lot neither will it roar for a movie-star. The beautiful Italian sportscar has instead come here for promotional activities. There is still some time to go for the car to be launched officially but the promotional activities will determine the response it gets and may even get some orders.
The Lamborghini Huracan gets an all-new, V10 5.2-litre engine that produces an earth shaking 602bhp. This engine will be mated to a seven-speed, dual-clutch gearbox powering all four wheels. The company claims the car can attain speeds of up to 321kmph and can do the sprint to 100 from standstill in 3.2 seconds. The Huracan is the most user-friendly car the company has produced and it is likely to eclipse the Gallardo as the best-selling Lamborghini ever says the company.
The Italian sports car manufacturer is about to organise an exclusive preview of the Huracan at the Four Seasons Hotel in Worli, Mumbai this weekend. The second show will be in Delhi. The Huracan may start at Rs 3.43 crore (Ex-Showroom Delhi)
