- Ragnarok to put out 1440bhp
- Will debut at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show
If you talk about a brand that has the right mix of drama, shattering performance and drop dead designs, Koenigsegg would be right up there at the top. With cars like the CCX, the One:1 and the recent Agera, the Swedish company only deals in ultra-fast exotics. With the Agera just going out of production, the mad scientists at the Koenigsegg factory are almost ready with their next creation.
Rumored to be called ‘Ragnarock’, we think the car is already going to be a rockstar with a name like that and taking into account Koenigsegg’s history. With a ‘hammer’ing name like that, it better have the horsepower to back it up and according to reports it packs plenty- 1440bhp to be specific. Now couple this with a 1200kg kerb weight and a screaming 9000 rpm redline and you already have in front of you the stuff of dreams.
Talking about design, the Ragnarok will be pretty much a racecar for the road with plenty of ducts, aero bits and a massive wing. While the car will be shown at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show, Koenigsegg has already started taking orders for its upcoming rocket ship.
