The Kia Seltos has continued its dominance in the mid-size SUV segment, as the car has outsold the likes of the MG Hector and the Tata Harrier. To put it into perspective, Kia Motors has sold 12,850 units of the Seltos in October 2019. This is up from the 7,754 units sold in September 2019.
It comes on the back of Kia Motors delivering 2184 units of the Seltos on the occasion of Dhanteras. In comparison, the MG Hector recorded sales of 3,536 units in October 2019. The Seltos offers immense value, as it is the only car in its segment and some segments above too, to get BS-VI compliant petrol and diesel engines. What’s more, it is available in 18 variants across two body-styles and six engines/gearbox combinations.
The Seltos is priced between Rs 9.69 lakhs and goes up to Rs 16.99 lakhs (all prices are ex-showroom India). It is loaded with features like ventilated front seats, a 360-degree surround-view camera, a nine-speaker BOSE music system, electronic sunroof and much more.
