- Unveiled in May 2024
- Will be showcased at the 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo
Kia has released the first teaser of the upcoming EV6 facelift, confirming the updated EV’s arrival in the Indian market. The refreshed version, revealed to global markets in May last year, will be showcased at the upcoming 2025 Bharat Mobility Global Expo in Delhi.
As seen in the teaser, the new EV6 will feature a tweaked exterior design that aligns with the global-spec car. Up front, it will get sleek triangular LED DRLs, aggressively styled bumper, and a revised air dam. Changes to the side profile will be limited to a set of fresh dual-tone alloy wheels. A peek at the rear reveals the signature LED taillights and the EV6 logo on the tailgate. Flush-fitting door handles will also be available.
The interior of the 2025 Kia EV6 will receive a 12-inch HUD, new three-spoke steering wheel with an offset logo, and a digital IRVM. The outgoing car is propelled by a 77.4kWh battery pack paired with an electric motor, which is to be replaced with a larger, 84kWh unit. The automaker claims a charging speed of 10-80 per cent in just 18 minutes, supported by a 350kW DC fast charger.
