Here are the first spy shots of what’s to become the Kia Soul EV’s bigger brother or, phrased differently, the Niro’s greener cousin – the Niro EV.
While the Niro is available as a full hybrid and a plug-in hybrid, the Kia’s next step in becoming more environmental friendly is to launch the full-electric version of the compact hatch.
The prototype gives its secret away by the absence of the front grille, exhaust pipe and engine sound as well as the design of the wheels. We expect the Niro EV to hit showrooms later this year.
