This was announced during the FCA Capital Market Day This will be a rival for the likes of the Maruti Vitara Brezza, Honda WR-V, Tata Nexon and the Mahindra TUV300 and will the smallest car that Jeep will produce when it is launched. The car is expected to have the core Jeep DNA in terms of design and will go for the boxy silhouette as compared to models from other manufacturers that have gone for the crossover design. The interior too is expected to retain the core Jeep DNA but with suitable adjustment for the Indian car markets. We know that there will be a range of petrol and diesel powertrain options and possibly one hybrid option of some kind as this is the path Jeep wants to take for its future. The word of Jeep looking at a sub-4 SUV had been doing the rounds for a long time and this news now makes it official.
