- Customers who have booked the Limited 4x2 variant can upgrade to the Limited 4x4 variant by paying an additional Rs 50,000.

For the first time in India, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) has announced the ‘Jeep 4x4 Month’ customer celebration program in India. The Jeep 4x4 Month will run from 4 April to 30 April in India. The program kicks off as part of the International Jeep 4x4 Day, where the company celebrates with Jeep customers globally on the fourth day of April, which is also the fourth month of the year.
Under the program, new customers who are currently considering or have booked the 4x2 variant can upgrade to the Limited 4x4 variant by paying an additional Rs 50,000. Currently, the Limited 4x2 variant is priced at Rs 19.21 lakhs, while the Limited 4x4 variant costs an additional Rs 1.97 lakh at Rs 21.18 lakhs. With a premium of just Rs 50,000 under the program, interested customers can avail the discount benefit amounting to Rs 1.47 lakh on the Limited 4x4 variant.

It is our endeavor to take every opportunity to help them achieve their aspiration.”
The Jeep Compass is available in three variants - Sport, Longitude and Limited, and is offered in 10 trims. The SUV is available with a 2.0-litre Turbo Diesel and a 1.4-litre Turbo Petrol Multiair engine option. The diesel variant generates 170bhp of power and 350Nm of torque, while the petrol version produces 160bhp of power and 250Nm of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is standard on the Compass, while the seven-speed automatic is limited to the top-spec variant.
FCA India claims that the company will run Camp Jeep, a 4x4 driving as well as Jeep brand experience, for potential customers and enthusiasts in Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad, sometime later this month.
