Jaguar’s new F-type coupe teased yet again

With just a day left for the official unveiling of the production version of the Jaguar F-type coupe at the Los Angeles Motor Show starting tomorrow, Jaguar has teased yet another image of the car. This time it is the front view of the car.

Jaguar has released numerous teasers of the coupe previously without revealing any further details of the car. A few days ago we wrote about them teasing the side profile of the car. Prior to that, the automaker had disclosed a picture of the top view of the car showing the panoramic glass roof. This new teaser showing the front fascia clearly depicts the Jaguar F-type to be based on the Roadster version.

Coming to the mechanical bits we can assume the coupe to be powered by the 3.0-litre supercharged V6 engine producing about 340bhp to 380 bhp. Another 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine, churning out 495 bhp, might be made available for the car. There is another possibility that the coupe will be powered by an entry-level engine later with a power rating of around 240bhp.
