- Gets the 10-inch touchscreen
- Frameless interior mirror, new AC ventsÂ
- Brake-based torque vectoring addedÂ
Jaguar has updated their popular sportscar, the F-type with the MY 2019, the bookings for which have already opened in the UK. Since the Jaguar F-Type sold in India is a CBU import, the 2019 updates will apply for the Indian market as well.
The MY2019 Jaguar F-Type has mechanical as well as interior tweaks. The P400 Sport trim has been discontinued globally. The F-type is now offered only with the 340bhp and 380bhp versions of the V6 and the entry-level P300 with the 2.0-litre turbo-charged petrol engine. However, the top-spec F-Type R and SVRs remain unchanged. The P380 V6 now gets limited slip differential and adaptive dampers while the entire F-Type line-up gets brake-based torque vectoring.
On the inside, the 10-inch Jaguar InControl Touch pro system makes its debut and is standard across the range. Android Auto and Apple Car Play are yet to be added to the features list, but that is just a few months away. The AC vents get a new trim and the internal rear-view mirror is now frameless.
