If you thought the F-Type R Coupe is the most Jaguar could get out of its popular two-seater sports car, think again as an even more powerful SVR version could be on its way. According to Motor Trend, the forthcoming F-Type SVR will pack over 600bhp and a lot of goodies straight from the exotic looking Project 7.
The SVR developed version is expected to come with carbon ceramic brakes, aero kit and an active differential. It could also get an all-wheel drive configuration. The latter is rather a necessity considering the proposed power output and the fact that it will be a two-seater model.
The F-Type R Coupe develops 550bhp from its 5-litre supercharged V8 and the Project 7 betters it with 575bhp on tap. The forthcoming F-Type SVR, then, will be the most extreme version of the F-Type when it arrives in the market soon.
