Jaguar exhibited its new concept car CX 17 in a new gold colour finish at the Gangzhou Motor Show, China. This concept is a little different from the one that we have seen before and gets five seats. The CX-17 was originally displayed at the Frankfurt International Motor show in blue.
Jaguar is taking its concept crossover, the CX17, to various Motor Shows and displaying it in different colours with added changes to the interiors. This example in Rose Gold colour is even more blinged-out than the Silver one displayed in Dubai.
The British manufacturer has redesigned the interiors to make it a family-oriented car by adding one more seat and making it a comfortable five-seater. Jaguar claims that the car is very practical and can be used in urban conditions, taken out for long trips or put through rough terrains. It has a new infotainment system at the rear centre console with which the passenger can download music, videos and other data.
In order to deliver extra maximum performance, it uses an all-aluminium architecture which will underpin most of the Jaguar’s future cars. The car will be powered by both four and six-cylinder petrol as well as diesel engines and will hit the dealerships by 2016.
