The refreshed India spec Isuzu MU-X SUV will be launched in the country on 16 October. Changes are limited to visual upgrades while mechanically it continues to be powered by the existing diesel engine option. For freshness, the facelift model will also get mild upgrades for the interior.
The Isuzu MU-X facelift will get fresh design highlights in the form of revised projector headlamps and integrated LED DRLs. The SUV further gets an updated grille and new bumper design. The new model will also feature chrome inserts and new large fog lamps. The sides appear more or less the same, however, it gets a new alloy wheel design.
Under the hood, the MU-X will continue to be powered by the 3.0-litre diesel engine that generates 174bhp of power and 380Nm of torque. The engine comes mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. As for the interior, it is likely to get a new dual tone combination along with artificial wood trims. The MU-X facelift is also likely to get a new touchscreen infotainment system.
