The next generation Hyundai Verna’s interior has been spotted ahead of the car’s launch. This is a top-spec model and is quite similar to the car that we drove when we visited the Hyundai plant earlier this month.
We had not been able to share images of the Verna’s interior during our first drive preview, but now this photo pretty much confirms what we had been saying. You can see the standard Hyundai design as well a new and bigger touchscreen infotainment system. It’s a beige and black affair in the cabin and new bits like a USB charging port and dual vents at the rear.
This is the fourth generation Verna for the Indian market and it will be launched here on 22 August. It is being offered with both petrol and diesel engine options as well as automatic and manual transmissions for both.
When launched, the car will take on the likes of the Honda City, Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Volkswagen Vento, Skoda Rapid and the Nissan Sunny.
