-Mid-life update for GLC coupe
-New range of mild-hybrid petrol and diesel engines
-India will get the updated GLC43 AMG
Hot on the trail of the Mercedes-Benz GLC facelift, the German automaker has released a teaser video for the updated GLC coupe. We had spotted a test vehicle for this updated coupe quite a while ago and were one of the first in India to let you know that this car was getting a mid-life update.
While Mercedes-Benz have teased the new light design for this updated GLC coupe, we can tell you that it will also get reworked bumpers and new designs for the alloy wheels. The overall update to the face will be on the lines of the standard GLC. Not much is expected to change inside, save for a new version of the MBUX infotainment system as well as a new driver aid package.
In standard form the updated GLC coupe will get a new set of four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines with mild-hybrid technology being offered across the range. We, in India, of course will get this car in the form of the GLC43 AMG. The extended name means an AMG tuned 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 producing 383bhp/520Nm with AWD and nine-speed AT. It will be brought here via the CBU route and possibly just after its global launch that is expected to happen next month. Â
