Hyundai has displayed the HND-14 at the 2016 Auto Expo. The compact acts as a preview to the carmaker's upcoming sub-four metre SUV for the Indian market.
The HND-14 has a futuristic design and is developed at the Hyundai's Namyang Design Centre. The LED headlamps and tail lamps get a unique design and the front grille boasts of chrome embellishment. The car stands tall on alloy wheels that get a five-spoke pattern. The car looks sporty and gets a muscular look.
The HND-14 is more of a design study and the production version is expected to be a little softer than the futuristic design approach seen here. Nevertheless, Hyundai's upcoming compact SUV will borrow traits from this concept when it goes into production. It will go up against the cars in the fast growing compact SUV segment in India.
