Hyundai has revealed that it will showcase its new performance sub-brand ‘N’ at the next month’s Frankfurt Motor Show. However, what’s keeping us excited is the Korean brand’s all-new concept based on the Veloster that will arrive at Frankfurt.
Called RM15, this new concept car is the result of Hyundai’s new performance sub-brand ‘N’. The concept will showcase the driver-focused technologies that could come into future production Hyundai cars.
The RM15 uses a mid-engine layout which gets a 2-litre, 300bhp engine. Hyundai has revealed that the concept is undergoing further developments to apply performance-focused technologies in premium Hyundai models of the future.
Besides the RM15, Hyundai will also preview the new i20 WRC car. Based on the latest-gen i20, the rally car is the first prototype for the vehicle that will challenge for the podium in the 2016 WRC. Already undergoing a testing, engineering and development regime, the new car is building up to its final rally-specification ahead of its debut at the start of the 2016 World Rally Championship at Rallye Monte Carlo.
