Hyundai Venue to be offered with connected car technologies; 10 India specific services revealed

Hyundai has announced that its new Venue SUV will be launched in India with a host of connected car options, thereby also making it the first car in the segment to be offered with built-in advanced connected technologies. This connected car technology has been dubbed BlueLink and comprises a total of 33 services of which 10 are specific to the Indian market.
The India-specific list comprises the following:
-Driving Behaviour
-Share the destination
-Real time vehicle tracking
-Share and track vehicle location by family
-Out-of-area alert
-Speed Alert
-Time fencing alert
-Valet Alert
-Idle Alert
-Server voice recognition for Indian English enunciation

The Venue is Hyundai’s rival to the likes of the Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, Honda WR-V and Mahindra XUV300 in the sub-4 SUV segment of the Indian car market. There will be a parallel unveil for the car at the New York Auto Show as well as at an event in India on 17 April.
