Hyundai's Free Car Care Clinic starts tomorrow and ends on November 2. This year, the camp is in its 20th edition and will take place across more than 1,150 outlets in India.
Hyundai car owners can get their cars checked through the comprehensive 90 point check-up program at the nearest service station, free of cost. A thorough examination of the engine, transmission, electrical system, under-body, AC, exterior and other components of the car will be done.
This Free Car Care Clinic also offers the customers with discounts on spare parts, labour charges, accessories and other value added services. The manufacturer is also giving out prizes and gifts during this activity.
Rakesh Srivastava, Senior VP, Sales and Marketing, HMIL said, "We at Hyundai believe in understanding the evolving needs and preferences of our customers. Hyundai’s ‘Free Car Care Clinic' has always received an overwhelming response from our customers and this year also we hope to see increased participation from our customers across the country. Our vision is to be the life time partner of our customers and we would like to offer premium Hyundai experience at all the touch points through our channel partners spread across the country.”
Hyundai organises this Free Car Care Clinic periodically in a year. It is a nationwide customer connect program, where existing car owners bring their cars to dealerships for periodic check-up and maintenance. Such after-sales initiatives are a good way for manufacturers to stay associated with consumers.
