- Program proposes service beforehand
- Organised across 343 cities in India
- Also promoted the new Santro
Hyundai Motor India recently organised a Mega ‘Before Service Camp' in India. It was conducted with an aim to spread awareness about servicing a car, diagnose issues and propose all service requirements before an owner books a service appointment.
This service camp was held at 639 locations in 343 cities across the country. It was set up at different locations than just the Hyundai workshops for better reach. This included petrol pumps, parking lots, residential areas etc. The executives provided personalised assistance for detailed service information, a free 18-point check-up and free dry wash for cars. Furthermore, a test drive of the new Hyundai Santro and other products were also available at select locations.
This ‘Before Service Camp’ is a new initiative from the carmaker. It follows a cognitive and a proactive approach to acquaint existing Hyundai customers with the importance of regular car maintenance. It also helped in attracting new car buyers through their new sales schemes, used car evaluation and exchange offers. All detailed information of the Santro including extended warranty details were also provided to prospective buyers through this initiative.
