Hyundai opens another dealership in Mumbai

India’s second largest carmaker - Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL), has added one more dealership in Navi Mumbai. The new outlet is named Kamal Hyundai and with about 45,952 sq.feet of built up space is one of the largest Hyundai showrooms in India.

Out of the total 45,952 sq.feet space about 5,952 sq.ft of space will be utilised for the  showroom and rest of the 40,000 sq.ft space will be used as workshop area. 

Commenting on the opening of the new dealership, Mr. Rakesh Srivastava, Sr. Vice President, Sales & Marketing , HMIL, said, “Mumbai is a significant market for Hyundai in West India. The opening of this dealership will help strengthen our presence in this region in order to meet the growing demand for Hyundai products. The modern showroom at ‘Kamal Hyundai’ will help HMIL to provide prompt and efficient service to our valued customers in and around Mumbai.”

Currently, Hyundai has a market share of 19.17 per cent in Mumbai and has the second best sales and service network in the country. This new dealership will further strengthen the company’s foothold in the market.
