Hyundai offering discounts of up to Rs 70,000 on Independence Day

This August 15 will be quite exciting for those looking to buy a Hyundai car as the company is offering discounts of up to Rs 70,000 on various models. It has included nearly every car in its line up and has this offer in all its showrooms across the country.
Hyundai Eon
Those purchasing the Eon compact hatchback will get a saving of Rs 23,500 on petrol variants and Rs 26,000 on the CNG variants.
Hyundai i10
Hyundai is offering a saving of Rs 37,500 on the petrol variants while on the CNG variants you get a saving of Rs 42,500.
Hyundai Grand i10 and Xcent
Moving up the other order, the Grand i10 hatchback is being offered with a discount of Rs 36,000 on the petrol models while the diesel variants get a reduction of Rs 31,000. The Xcent compact sedan is being offered with a Rs 33,000 discount both for petrol and diesel models. 
Hyundai Verna and Elantra
The Hyundai Verna and Elantra sedans are both being offered with a discount of Rs 60,000 for both the petrol and diesel variants.
Hyundai Santa Fe
Hyundai’s flagship SUV is being offered with a massive Rs 70,000 discount and is only sold with a diesel engine.
The timings of the discounts should come as no surprise as the South Korean automaker expects a significant increase in footfall over the holiday weekend.
