Hyundai began their Free Car Care Clinic (FCC) in India today. In its 27th edition now, it continues to educate owners about periodic vehicle maintenance.
It will be conducted at 1,309 Hyundai service stations across the country with many new offers formulated for participants. Hyundai cars will go through a free 50-point check-up by trained technicians who will advise about the necessary actions to be taken. Furthermore, owners can avail a 30 per cent discount on labour and 10 per cent discount on spare parts amongst other offers. There's now also a 360 degree digital service experience at more than 400 workshops to add to a customer's delight.
FCC is a customer connect program aimed to provide best customer service and support by offering upright service experience and seamless network. The last one was conducted in March this year, when more than 2.5 lakh Hyundai customers took benefit of this camp in 10 days. This year there are even free extended warranties given out to attract more and more customers.
