Hyundai has introduced the new Ioniq 9 EV at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025, thus marking the arrival of the model to Indian shores for the first time. The three-row EV was unveiled in November last year and is expected to be launched in India in the near future.
In terms of dimensions, Hyundai’s flagship SUV measures 5,060mm in length, 1,980mm in width, and 1,790mm in height, while the wheelbase stands at 3,130mm. Exterior design highlights include the staple parametric pixel lamps at the front, body-coloured wheel arches, vertically stacked LED taillights, and the 3D Hyundai logos.
Inside, the 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 9 comes equipped with a three-spoke steering wheel, dual digital displays, floating centre console, ambient lighting, multi-zone climate control, ventilated seats, USB Type-C charging ports, 360-degree camera, terrain modes, and more.
It is powered by a 110.3kWh battery pack paired with single or dual electric motors. The RWD version with the single motor produces 214bhp and 350Nm, while the dual motor version belts out 308bhp and 650Nm. The battery can be charged from 10-80 per cent in 24 minutes via a 350kW fast charger.
