Hyundai Motors India has announced that it will hike the prices of all its vehicles by up to Rs 20,000 with effect from February 1. The Korean automaker has attributed the hike to rising input cost and fluctuations in currency rates.
Commenting on the price hike, Rakesh Srivastava, Vice President of sales and marketing said, “On account of rise in input cost and fluctuation in currency, we will increase the prices up to Rs. 20,000 by February 1, 2013 across all the models starting from Eon hatchback to Santa Fe SUV."
