Hyundai Motor India had organized a mega experience camp across India. The camp provided the customers with a platform to experience the brand within their vicinity for all service-related needs, new product purchase and evaluation of the existing car. Additionally, customers could also book a test drive of any Hyundai vehicle.
The camp was organised at 495 locations in 303 cities to provide personalised assistance, free vehicle check-up, evaluation of old cars as part of exchange offer to buy Hyundai cars. The Hyundai Santro, Elite i20 and the Xcent were also showcased during the camp.
The mega experience camp is usually set-up at malls, residential areas, parking spaces and petrol pumps. The aim of the camp is to educate customers about the importance of regular service for their vehicles, acquaint them with new sales schemes, used car evaluation and exchange offers, and extended warranty details.
In the coming week, Hyundai will also set up a camp for old Santro customers, honouring their long term association with the brand. The camp is intended to connect with these customers and share latest updates on recently launched Hyundai cars and special discounts to exchange the old Santro with the all new model. Customers can get exchange benefits up to Rs 20,000.
