Hyundai Motor India has rolled out the first unit of the Grand i10 Nios from the company’s plant located in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai. The Hyundai Grand i10 Nios will be launched in India on 20 August 2019. The model will be positioned above the i10, which will not be discontinued after the launch of the Grand i10 Nios.
Unveiled last week, bookings for the new Hyundai Grand i10 Nios have begun against an amount of Rs 11,000. Powertrain options for the model will include a BS-VI compliant version of the 1.2-litre Kappa petrol engine and a BS-VI ready version of the 1.2-litre CRDi engine. Transmission options will include a five-speed manual unit and an AMT.
