The Hyundai Grand i10 has been launched in the GCC region both in the hatchback and compact sedan design. It has been priced in the range of 37000 AED to 48000 AED (Rs 6.4 lakh to Rs 8.3 lakh). The duo is being offered in multiple variants and with two petrol engine options.
There are no changes to the external and internal design of both vehicles as compared to their Indian counterparts. Standard features on the top spec variants for the GCC include button start, steering mounted audio controls, rear park assist, and music system with AUX-IN, USB and Bluetooth connectivity.
On the engine front, the GCC spec Grand i10 is being offered with the 1.0-litre and 1.2-litre Kappa2 petrol engine which produce 68bhp/94Nm and 81bhp/114Nm of torque. The gearbox options include a five-speed manual or a four-speed AT.
These are exactly the same vehicles being manufactured and sold in India though the sedan, here, is called the Xcent. You can find the links to expert reviews and videos of both vehicles.
