- Applicable to select variants
- Exter range now starts at Rs. 6.20 lakh
Hyundai is one of the many OEMs that have announced a price increase across its model range with the arrival of the new year. We have detailed the revision and updated prices of the Creta N Line and the Venue earlier this week. Let us now take a closer look at the price hike of the Exter.
Hyundai’s B-SUV, which rivals the likes of the Tata Punch, has witnessed an upward price revision of up to Rs. 9,700, applicable to the SX 1.2 MT Knight Edition Hy-CNG Duo, SX 1.2 MT Hy-CNG Duo, and the S 1.2 MT Hy-CNG Duo versions. Next up, the SX 1.2 MT CNG and the S 1.2 MT CNG versions have become dearer by Rs. 8,200.
An interesting fact to note is that Hyundai has not revised the prices of select variants in the Exter range, namely SX(O) Connect 1.2 AMT and SX(O) Connect 1.2 AMT Knight Edition. All other variants receive a uniform price increase of Rs. 7,500.
The Hyundai Exter is now priced between Rs. 6.20 lakh to Rs. 9.48 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). It is available in seven variants and 12 colours. Apart from a 1.2-litre petrol motor, customers can also opt for a single CNG cylinder or dual CNG cylinder version.
