Hyundai India recently launched the Knight Edition of the Exter SUV in the country. It can be had at a starting ex-showroom price of Rs. 8.38 lakh with the SX variant onwards. Now, post its launch, the model has started reaching dealerships across India.
The Exter Knight Edition can be had in five exterior paint schemes, namely, Starry Night, Atlas White, Ranger Khaki, Shadow Grey, Abyss Black, Ranger Khaki with Abyss Black roof, and Shadow Grey with Abyss Black roof. All the paint schemes are matched with contrasting red accents on the bumpers, tailgate, and front brake callipers. Other than that, the side sills, emblems, front and rear skid plates, and alloy wheels get a dark treatment.
Inside, the dark theme has been carried over with an all-black interior paired with red accents in various places. Regarding features, as the Knight Edition is based on the SX and SX (O) variants, it continues to get the same features offered in standard versions.
Mechanically, the Exter is powered by a 1.2-litre NA petrol engine mated to a five-speed manual and an AMT gearbox. Also on offer is a factory-fitted CNG kit in two variables – a single tank and a new dual-tank option.
