In efforts to continue the strong sales momentum for the Creta in India, Hyundai has its popular selling SUV with new cosmetic upgrades. The Creta is now available in ‘Earth Brown’ dual tone shade with a black roof. However, Hyundai has discontinued the pearl beige and red passion with phantom black colour option.
Hyundai India now also offers a luxure brown interior colour pack in the SX+ dual tone variant of the Creta. The pack includes beige seat fabrics with brown inserts and contrast stitching, leather wrapped steering with contrast stitching and brown-orange accents on the gear knob. Back in April, the 2017 Creta was introduced with dual colour option for the exterior, while the interior received all-black upholstery and an updated seven-inch infotainment system which supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Mechanically, the Creta continues to be available in existing petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol version is limited to 1.6-litre engine in six-speed manual and transmission options. The diesel version on the other hand is available in 1.4-litre and 1.6-litre engine options, where the smaller engine comes mated to five-speed manual transmission and the bigger is available in six-speed manual and automatic options.
