It has been less than a year since the launch of the new Hyundai Creta in mid-2018 and the Korean carmaker is already adding features to it. One of the star products in Hyundai’s portfolio, the Creta will now get ventilated seats in the front row to become the third Hyundai to get them after the Elantra and the Verna.
Ventilated seats will be offered only on the new highest-spec SX Option Executive trim on both petrol and diesel variants. The now third-to-top SX Dual-tone trim is expected to get the smart-key band while the SX gets the cluster ionizer for a cleaner climate control system.
Rear parking sensors have become standard across the range as a part of the mandatory safety features to be implemented from April 2019 along with the dual airbags and ABS. The Creta continues to be the highest selling non-compact SUV in the Indian car market and has upgraded itself with new features to take on the upcoming competition in terms of the Tata Harrier and Nissan Kicks.
