- Will get styling and feature revisions
- Powertrains likely to carry on unchanged
The Hyundai Alcazar facelift has been spotted testing across the country on multiple occasions. We have now learned that the company will introduce the facelifted version of this three-row SUV in India in September this year.
In terms of cosmetic updates, the Alcazar facelift will get a design inspired by the Creta facelift that was launched earlier this year. Notable elements include new LED DRLs, LED headlamps, new grille, refreshed front and rear bumpers, tweaked LED taillights, fresh set of dual-tone alloy wheels, and a reworked tailgate.
Inside, the 2024 Hyundai Alcazar is expected to come equipped with an ADAS suite, ventilated front seats, automatic climate control, two 10.25-inch screens, revised upholstery, electrically adjustable driver seat, and more.
The Hyundai Alcazar is currently offered with 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and diesel engines paired with six-speed manual, six-speed torque converter automatic, and seven-speed DCT units. These offerings are likely to be carried over to the facelift with their specifications unchanged. Once launched, the Alcazar facelift will compete against the MG Hector Plus, Kia Carens, Tata Safari, and the Mahindra XUV700.
