- New Alcazar prices in India to be revealed on 9 September
- Will get new features and an updated design
Hyundai India is all set to announce the prices of the facelifted Alcazar in the country on 9 September. The updated three-row SUV competes against the Mahindra XUV700, Kia Carens, Tata Safari, and the MG Hector Plus.
On the design front, the 2024 Alcazar will get a new fascia with a fresh grille, split LED headlamps similar to those of the new Creta, and a tweaked front bumper. The side profile is expected to remain largely identical apart from the set of new alloy wheels. Towards the rear, it could get redesigned LED taillights and a reworked tailgate. Also up for offer will be LED light bars at the front and rear and new colour options.
The feature set of the new Hyundai Alcazar facelift will be upgraded too and is expected to boast a Level 2 ADAS suite, twin 10.25-inch screens, panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, wireless charger, electrically adjustable driver seat, and more.
Hyundai is unlikely to change the mechanicals of the Alcazar in its facelifted avatar. The 1.5-litre turbo-petrol and diesel engines with the six-speed manual and torque converter automatic gearboxes will be carried over from the outgoing car.
