Honda’s global unveiling of the crossover utility vehicle Vision XS-1 concept was brought to light worldwide today at the Auto Expo. The concept looks futuristic and boasts of typical crossover esque styling. The concept is built around the company’s MM (Man Maximum Machine Minimum) philosophy the vehicle aims to provide a balance of sporty styling and amazing space.
Multi Purpose vehicles are usually people carriers and can seat seven or eight in comfort, however this is what Honda aims to change. The XS-1 will be a sporty crossover on the outside and a spacious MPV on the inside. The concept is a proposal to make a crossover with three rows of seating accommodating seven passengers and featuring sliding doors with large openings in a compact crossover body.
The concept looks futuristic and can be dubbed a typical small sized SUV, although it would be a surprise to see a vehicle with such a body style to feature three rows of seating. Honda’s ambitious concept the XS-1 looks promising and might revolutionise the way people perceive small crossovers.
