Honda UK has announced full pricing list for the 10th generation Civic which is set to hit dealerships in late March.
Starting from £18,235 (Rs 15.29 lakh) on-road for the entry level S variant with a 125bhp turbo VTEC engine and a manual gearbox, the range topping model costs £27,480 (Rs 23 lakh) on-road for the 180bhp Prestige with a CVT transmission.
With the arrival of the new Civic, Honda has launched two new petrol engines; a 1-litre, three cylinder which produces 125bhp and a more powerful 1.5-litre four cylinder which delivers 180bhp.
The Civic is an important model for Honda in Europe and is a key driver for the company’s sales and manufacturing prospects in the region. Honda’s European production facility, in fact, will become the global production hub for the tenth-gen Civic hatchback.
