To assess the current condition of your Honda vehicle, Honda Cars India Ltd. (HCIL) has arranged a service camp from January 19 to 25 this year. Customers can avail a free check-up of their car, apart from taking benefits of the various ongoing offers available then.
The technicians at the Honda workshop will inspect the engine compartment, electrical, underbody, exteriors, interiors, etc. under a 50-point check-up program. They will suggest repairs if needed and one can get the maintenance work done as well. The free check-up campaign will be held at all 331 Honda service centres across 220 cities in India.
There are various benefits customers can avail during this service camp. HCIL is offering 15 per cent off on value added services, offering a free car wash and discounts on labour and parts. Customers purchasing new tyres, battery etc. will get an additional discount. Then there are many new schemes for roadside assistance packages and extended warranty.
Yoichiro Ueno, President and CEO, HCIL, said, "Honda is committed to offer joy of buying and owning our cars to our customers. In order to offer an unmatched experience to our customers even after they purchase our products, we are organizing this nation-wise service camp. It will give us an opportunity to reach out to our customers and provide them additional incentives. We hope our customers make the most of this initiative."
HCIL plans to enhance the ownership experience through this service camp. Such campaigns are good initiatives to provide the necessary help and satisfaction a customer would expect from a manufacturer.
