Honda Siel Cars India (HSCI) sold 23,476 units in April – Sept’08 as against 29,291 units sold in Apr – Sept ’07.
The cumulative sales of the company during the calendar year period Jan – Sept was 43,912 units as against 47,312 units during the same period last year. The company sold 3,104 units in September 2008 as against 5,674 units in September 2007.
HSCI launched the 3rd generation all new City on 25th September 2008 for which the deliveries will begin in November 2008. The model-wise sales break-up is:Â City ZX: 1933 units; Civic: 667 units; Civic Hybrid: 5 units; CR-V: 127 units; Accord: 372 units.
