Honda Car India Ltd. (HCIL) has introduced special edition variants for the Amaze, City and the WR-V. Prospective buyers can opt for these trims, which get some cosmetic enhancements and features to differentiate themselves from the standard version.
Honda City ‘20th Anniversary Edition’
As the name suggests, the 20th Anniversary edition of the City has been introduced to celebrate 20 years of the brand's existence in India. It is based on the top-spec ZX trim and priced at Rs 13,74,532 for the petrol CVT version and Rs 13,82,382 for the diesel manual model (ex-showroom Delhi). The sedan gets some styling updates like door, bumper and side garnish and a '20th anniversary edition' emblem. The other value added feature is Honda Connect with one month free subscription.
Honda Amaze ‘Pride Edition’
The Amaze, Honda's compact sedan, also gets a new Pride Edition to push the sales before its next-gen model comes in. This variant gets cosmetic tweaks similar to the City's special edition. However, to further enhance its appeal it also gets a touch screen infotainment system, 'Pride edition' badged seat covers, a front arm rest, steering wheel cover and rear parking sensors. This edition is based on the Amaze S(O) MT variant priced at ex-showroom Delhi prices of Rs 6,29,900 for the petrol model and Rs 7,83,486 for the oil-burner.
Honda WR-V ‘Edge Edition’
There are many buyers who preferred the WR-V over the Jazz. Now, Honda has got in a special edition named as 'WR-V Edge edition to push sales of the model further. This one can be had over the SMT grade offered with 16-inch gunmetal finish multi-spoke alloy wheels. Apart from this and a special edition 'Edge' emblem, there are no more cosmetic changes to the car. However, this trim gets reverse parking sensors and a rear view camera with IRVM display. Additionally, buyers will get Honda Connect with free subscription for one month. The Honda WR-V ‘Edge Edition’ costs Rs 8,01,017 and Rs 9,04,683 for the manual variants of petrol and diesel models respectively.
