Honda India has launched the new version of their flagship sedan, the City, which is compatible with CNG bi-fuel kits for Rs 9.03 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). Honda will charge additional Rs 50,000 for the CNG kit excluding installation charges. Apart from this, the company has also introduced two new AVN (Audio Visual Navigation) variants with additional features like the touch screen multimedia player with Bluetooth, DVD, USB/I-Pod/Aux-in connectivity and leather upholstery.
The modified grade of the City has an optimized 1.5L, 4 cylinder i-VTEC engine and the suspension has been tuned to adjust the additional weight of the CNG cylinder. This variant will be available at all 45 Honda dealers in the country and the kit gets 2 years warranty.
The new Honda City V MT (AVN) and V AT (AVN) are priced at Rs 9.72 lakh and Rs 10.46 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi) respectively.
