Honda Cars India has flagged the fifth edition of the Drive to Discover rally with the Moblio. The flag off ceremony took place in Coimbatore.
The rally will see the participation of 11 auto enthusiasts from leading automobile portals, magazines and publications. The drive will pass through mountainous terrain, dense forests, sprawling grasslands, picturesque lakes and miles and miles of tea gardens. The drive will take mid- way stops at Bandipur Tiger reserve and the mountainous district of Coorg and will finish at Bangalore encompassing a journey of more than 700 kilometers.
Honda India has been using this rally as a platform for the automotive journalists to know more about the car by spending a couple of days exploring places. Previously, the company has used the Amaze and the City for the same rally.
“Drive to Discover has been one of our most sought-after initiatives. The drive enables the participants to explore a place in all its glory and colours. The Honda Mobilio with its great performance, mileage and space is an ideal drive partner for the glorious journey. I am sure that the Honda Mobilio will enable the drivers to explore the picturesque corners of the country,” said Jnaneshwar Sen, senior vice-president, sales and marketing, HCIL.
