Honda Cars India has reported a sales growth of 75 per cent for the month of June 2014. The company sold 16,316 units as compared to 9,297 units in the corresponding month last year.
The Honda City which sold 7,723 units was the highest contributor to the overall sales and it, was followed by the Amaze which sold 7,075 units. The Brio and the CRV sales stood at 1,438 units and 80 units respectively. The Japanese manufacturer exported 739 vehicles that got their total sales volumes to 17,055 for June 2014.

Currently, we are very excited about the upcoming launch of our stylish 7 seater Honda Mobilio at the end of this month and are confident that it will attract Indian consumers with its strong desirable values.” said Jnaneshwar Sen, senior vice-president, Honda Cars India Ltd.
Honda will launch the highly anticipated seven-seater, the Mobilio this month. This vehicle is expected to fuel Honda’s growth in coming months.
