The Datsun GO-cross Concept is a cool crossover that brings a new sense of style, adventure and fun to the Datsun line-up. This concept vehicle showcases Datsun’s vision for a potential Datsun GO/GO+ variant in high growth markets. It is a pure concept at this moment and no production commitments have been announced.
Datsun’s D-Cut grille is now more imposing and expressive. Furthermore, it is placed in a more upright position to accentuate the higher bonnet line that also includes the dramatic LED head lamps.
The bottom half of the car looks robust and strong, but the top half is quite different. Here the design is sleek with fluid character lines on the side panels.
The roof is covered by a patterned graphic that has been inspired by the Datsun brand logo and it is these small things that go further in reflecting the buyers personality.
Datsun claims that it can handle the rigours of city life easily, just like the great outdoors. There’s generous ground clearance that enables it to handle rough roads without needing a four-wheel drive.
The Datsun GO-cross Concept has a rising shoulder line with a bold ‘flick’ that curves upward towards the tailgate, like seen on contemporary MPVs.
