The Chevrolet Trailblazer has been in many global markets since the year 2012. Known for the spacious cabin and strong performance from its diesel range of engines, the Trailblazer is still bringing in good numbers for GM in Southeast Asia, South Africa and the Middle East. The SUV is also sold in Australia under the Holden brand. Chevy has unveiled the Trailblazer for the Indian market at the Auto Expo 2014.
GM says the Trailblazer is aimed at those who like driving long distances. The car’s massive footprint serves the purpose as the interior can seat up to seven people in ample comfort.
Under the hood, the Trailblazer gets a 2.8-litre diesel engine which produces 200hp of power and 500 Nm of torque, making it one of the most powerful vehicles in its class.
The Trailblazer is equipped with Chevrolet's latest-generation MyLink infotainment system, which provides smartphone connectivity, streaming audio and video. Users can access personal playlists and make hands-free calls.
At the Auto Expo, the Trailblazer joins GM’s tasty line-up of cars which includes the C7 Corvette Stingray, Camaro ZL1, facelifted Beat and some more.
