GM launches new Cruze

Chevrolet has launched the new Cruze in India at an ex-showroom pricetage of Rs 13.85 lakh for the entry level variant. The new Cruze comes with Chevy's new 2.0-litre VCDI engine which produces 166bhp and 380Nm of torque. The new engine features an advanced engine management system and a variable geometry turbocharger and common rail direct injection technology. The engine is mated to 6-speed manual transmission. A 6-speed auto is also being offered which is available only on the top variant.

The Cruze also comes loaded with a variety of features like all black interiors, a start/stop button, 6-way electricaly adjustable driver seat, Bluetooth connectivity and so on.

External changes include slightly redone headlamp amd tail lamp along with new alloy wheels.
