General Motors India has introduced a 24x7 Roadside Assistance Program. This offer will be available without any additional cost to prospective customers buying new Chevrolet cars from January 2014.
Through the 24x7 Free Roadside Assistance scheme, Chevrolet customers can avail immediate help if there is any mechanical or electrical breakdown of their vehicle. This also includes any accident, issues related to battery discharge, any problems related to tyres fuel deficiency and locked or lost key. Chevrolet owners can call 1800-103-8090 (toll-free) or 0124-4388090 for free roadside assistance at any time of the hour throughout the country, in the event of any such adversities.
Existing Chevrolet car owners can also opt for this offer by paying Rs 1,000 and Rs 2,700 for a contract of one and three years respectively. The company has introduced this offer to provide round-the clock hassle free support to customers anywhere in India in case of an emergency. They believe they will be able to enhance the ownership experiences of their consumers and add to the delight through such ideas.
