Fiat Chrysler Automobile (FCA) Group will reveal the Jeep Compass S Special Edition model at the upcoming 2019 Geneva International Motor Show. The special edition model will get a unique set of cosmetic and feature updates over the standard model. The Compass S is expected to go on sale in Europe by the second quarter of 2019 and will be on sale alongside the ‘S’ badged versions of the Renegade, Cherokee and the Grand Cherokee.
Jeep Compass S Special Edition model will be offered with two-tone white and black combination along with new 19-inch alloy wheels in gunmetal finish. Additionally, the SUV will get a distinctive metallic finish on the grille, badges and fog lamp bezels. The standard feature list includes Bi-Xenon headlamps with automatic high beam function. As for the interior, the vehicle will get all black upholstery with contrast tungsten coloured stitching, an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen infotainment system and anodized gunmetal finish.
In terms of new features, the vehicle will be offered with adaptive cruise control, power tailgate, eight-way adjustable front seats and Beats sourced audio system. Under the hood, the vehicle will be offered with 1.4-litre petrol and 1.6-litre diesel engine options. The engine will be offered in six-speed manual and nine-speed automatic options. The SUV will also be offered with an optional all-wheel drive transmission.
