Zenvo, the Danish hypercar-maker has unveiled another iteration of the TS family at the Geneva Motor Show 2018. Called the TSR-S, it is the street-legal version of their ultimate track-tool, the TSR race-car. And only five of these will be built.
The TSR-S is powered by the 5.8-litre petrol V8 fed by twin centrifugal superchargers generating a whopping 1177bhp of power. Mated to a seven-speed automatic gearbox which is considered as one of the quickest gearboxes, the Zenvo hurtles to 100kmph in a mere 2.8 seconds on its way to the 300kmph mark which is achieved in a meagre 6.8 seconds.
The TSR already gets state-of-the-art aero package and the ultimate precise mechanicals to handle all the power. But one unique aid that it gets is a twin-axis active rear wing. The transverse rotation of the rear wing provides down-force and air-braking while the longitudinal rotation creates centrifugal forces which aids turn-in around corners.
And it is also driveable on public roads because it gets a ‘mellow’ 700bhp Minimum mode as well. But yes, only five of them will be ever built and like always, all of them will have been sold by now.
