Porsche has further expanded its 911 fleet with the latest among the GT Series sportscars - the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Package. The vehicle was recently showcased at the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show. Interestingly, the 911 GT3 Touring Package gets a six-speed manual transmission as it pays homage to the 911 Carrera RS Touring from 1973. Moreover, it is available as a regular production model.
Mechanically, the Porsche 911 GT3 Touring Package is powered by a four-liter six-cylinder boxer engine that generates 500bhp of power and 460Nm of torque. The vehicle is capable of sprinting from 0 to 100kmph in just 3.9-seconds. It is capable of reaching a top speed of 316kmph. Customers can also opt for a few features from the standard GT3.
Porsche is offering the clubsport pack and the Alcantara interior along with multiple wheels, optional ceramic brakes and LED headlamps as optional on the 911 GT3 Touring Package. The car gets modest interiors which comprises of a large display on the dashboard and a black colour theme.
