My Renault App offers more than 60 features to Renault car owners. Some of these include access to a vehicle's service history, online service appointments, personalised reminders, interactive user manual for cars and easy access to dealerships. It is also aimed at offering digital vaults for document storage and e-payment facility. Owners can easily connect to Renault customer care through this platform.
2. After-sales service
This new app is integrated with Renault Connect, which is Renault's Dealer Management System (DMS). This has helped the carmaker to integrate the dealers seamlessly into the process. It’s also designed to collect information regarding customer care, road side assistance, sms and e-mail engines, payment gateway etc.

The app is available on Android and iOS platforms for free. Any Renault owner can download this user-friendly app. It has been conceptualised, designed and developed in India to cater to the Indian customers' requirements.
